This course is appropriate for flightcrews and company personnel who are responsible for implementing and/or teaching TEM within their flight operation. This course will give the attendee an in-depth knowledge of what TEM is, how it's applied, and how it benefits your flight operation by proactively addressing the precursors to accidents and incidents by the effective management of threats and errors.

| Who Should Attend |
CRM instructors/evaluators, chief pilots, standards pilots, line pilots, check airmen, LOSA observers, or anyone else who would like to increase their knowledge of TEM.
There are no prerequisites for this course; however, the ideal candidate should:
- Have adequate knowledge of CRM
- Have completed CRM training
