What Will I Learn?

Our Train-The-Trainer course will prepare the trainer candidate to present with skills and confidence to any size audience; from a small presentation for just a few people at the office, to teaching in a large venue with hundreds in attendance! Regardless of training experience--from beginner to expert--all candidates will immediately develop/improve their training skills, which in turn will improve their training confidence in the real world.

Our course is based on a building-block approach. In this progressive course, the trainer candidate will make three presentations (one each day) which are peer-reviewed with substantive feedback provided. You will be astounded at the progressive improvements from the first presentations to the final presentations at the end of the course!

In between the candidate's three presentations, the candidate will build a solid foundation of adult learning. From there, it's on to course development, facilitation techniques, presentation methods, and of course the do's and don'ts of PowerPoint! The candidate will then learn how to develop outstanding recurrent/refresher events, as well as assess learning outcomes.
